    • Designs comprehensive fitness plans addressing seven life aspects, ensuring clients' holistic preparation for physical training sessions:

    1. Spiritual Fitness

    2. Mental Fitness

    3. Nutritional Fitness

    4. Physical Fitness

    5. Social Fitness

    6. Financial Fitness, and

    7. Sabbatical Fitness.

    • This method ensures that the client is prepared for each actual physical fitness session with a FOCUSED mindset and that they have the tools necessary to accomplish all of the goals that we have programmed into their custom fitness plan in order to progress them forward (stages of behavior change, SMART goals, etc.)


    NUTRITIONAL FITNESS AREAS OF FOCUS:

    • Fat loss, maintenance or muscle gain approaches are defined for each client.

    • Tracks and monitors the client's nutritional intake habits and makes suggestions (NOT prescriptions) within the scope of my certification.

    • Tracks the client's weight, measurements, body fat percentage, and other stats to ensure continued progress and makes necessary adjustments to their fitness plan as needed.


    PHYSICAL FITNESS COACHING AREAS OF FOCUS:

    • Conducts thorough physical assessments to create tailored fitness programs, incorporating varied exercise types for balanced client development.

    • Programming includes calisthenics, resistance training, HIIT and/or LISS cardio and flexibility exercises in each session.

    • Maintains frequent communication with clients, offering consistent support to ensure adherence to fitness commitments beyond active sessions.
